The accurate alignment of optical components is a key factor when designing a vision system, especially for measurement applications. In addition to the stability of the optical components, the mechanical design of the system must ensure that the optical axis is as orthogonal to the inspection or measurement plane as possible.
For this purpose, Opto Engineering® provides CMHO series clamping mechanics, compatible with most of our telecentric lenses and collimated illuminators and some 360° view lenses.
Three-point mounting ensures very precise and stable alignment of the optical components, also making the assembly process quick and easy.
