In 2022, on the occasion of Opto Engineering's 20th anniversary, the company decided to become a partner of one of Italy's best-known and most important literary festivals: the Mantua Festivaletteratura.

Opto Engineering sponsored the event of author Maurizio Ferraris presenting his book Documanità along with the book Compagni di viaggio by Giuseppe Anerdi and Paolo Dario.

In addition to sponsoring the aforementioned event, all Opto Engineering employees benefited from discounted rates and subsidized reservations for all Festivaletteratura events (Sept. 7-11, 2022).

Highlights

Opto Engineering undertook a 6-month training for all employees related to the concrete application of company values in daily work. This team building concluded with a special day on the Rugby Mantova rugby field, of which Opto Engineering is a sponsor.
